Why is wire exchanger FOXIS so unique? Its construction makes only TURBULENT air-convection. Due to this air-flow (turbulence around relatively complicated wire construction) there is reached higher by-pass speed and thereby higher heat transfer.

Note.: Producerś effort of lamella exchanger is to reach maximal turbulent circulation among lamellae. For this, there is commonly used wavy lamellae to increase heating power of exchanger.
The air circulates through exchanger only turbulently. Turbulent air circulation in exchanger keeps dust off on the exchangerś wires. The air circulates constantly and fans around the each wire. Therefore under the operation the exchanger cannot be dusty.
Turbulent air circulation makes barrier from higher speed around exchanger so the dust circulating together with heating air is cumulated in the corner under heater. The dust is not sucked up by heater, it is separated in wad in floor corner where is easy to hover.
When the heating is off there starts dusting at its surface in summer. There is 7 × less dust at the surface of wire exchanger than at the surface of plate exchanger. As a wire construction is stiff, therefore it can be mechanically cleaned with a brush or hover. Gaps among wireś eyes are sufficient for hairs of brush to easy cleaning.
Exchanger FOXIS is only copper tube with braided wire. There is necessary 10x less water than plate heater needs in comparison with the same heating power of flat panel heater and circa 100 × less water than column radiator needs. These features makes also faster heat power – the heater reacts PROMPTLY.
